Textiles, fashion and footwearESPR names textiles among its priority product groups. ESPR also bans large companies from destroying unsold apparel and footwear. Claims standards such as ISO 14021 apply where claims are made.
Beauty and personal careESPR, packaging EPR rules and increasing scrutiny of environmental claims. The scope for a particular product depends on the applicable rule.
Construction and built assetsCBAM applies to certain imported materials. The revised Construction Products Regulation introduces a passport, phased in by product family. EPDs follow EN 15804+A2.
Automotive and mobilityEU Battery Regulation, End-of-Life Vehicles rules and data networks such as Catena-X shape the data required for batteries and vehicles.
Electronics and energy-using productsESPR applies by product group. Requirements and dates depend on the relevant product-specific acts.
