How onboarding works

01 — Access & accountability
Brand provides API access rights, supplier permissions, and internal approvals before implementation starts. Arkive Product Owner supports stakeholder alignment and onboarding coordination.

02 — System connections
Arkive Integration Specialists connect ERP, PLM, Excel, supplier, and POS systems into the Arkive Collection Layer. Existing integrations can often be activated immediately. Typical setup: ~3 days per new connection.

03 — Data collection layer
Arkive automatically collects and organizes fragmented supplier, product, certification, and sustainability datasets through APIs and existing integrations.

04 — Data mapping + workshop
Arkive Data Scientists map datasets into the Arkive API and configure data quality and compliance rules. A dedicated data workshop helps validate how data is used operationally across systems. Typical duration: 1 - 2 weeks, depending on complexity.

05 — Validation + automation
Each implementation stage includes validation and approval checkpoints to identify missing data, incorrect formats, and quality issues before DPP automation becomes operational.

06 — Live DPP infrastructure
Once validated, DPP generation, dashboards, QR experiences, alerts, and compliance reporting become live through the Arkive platform. Customer Success Management supports ongoing optimization, KPI tracking, and quarterly reviews.
