Data processing agreement

When your product data contains personal data, Arkive processes it on your behalf. We sign a data processing agreement (verwerkersovereenkomst) with every customer who needs one. Ask for it at info@arkivedpp.eu.

Where your data lives

Your source data stays in your own systems. Arkive connects through the API and keeps only what the passport needs. Enterprise customers can have data collection set up in their own environment.

How we calculate

Our LCA follows ISO 14040, 14044 and 14067. Gaps and estimates are always shown in the passport, never hidden. Arkive is software, not a certification body, so the company placing a product on the market stays responsible for its passport.
