How do account seats work? Who needs a paid seat?
We differentiate seats based on administrative and data-ingestion responsibilities:
- Brand Admin Seats (Economic Operators): Account owners who configure portfolio settings, map SKUs, and manage compliance pipelines.
- Supplier Contributors: Upstream vendors (Tier-1 through Tier-4 factories) who log material composition, batch logs, and certificates directly into your pipeline.
- Packaging & Auditor Seats: Factory line workers placing QR codes onto boxes, packaging operators, and regulatory auditors enjoy unlimited free access. We do not restrict operational volume on your factory floor.
What is the difference between an Active SKU and a Minted DPP?
An Active SKU is a unique product variant or design formula in your digital catalog (e.g., a specific cosmetic cream or single EV battery model). A Minted DPP is an individual, serialized physical passport assigned to a unique physical item rolling off the production line. You pay a monthly base tier fee for catalog size management, plus a small per-unit fee for each physical passport minted.
Do you offer advisory, team training, or enablement workshops?
Yes. Beyond software deployment, we provide strategic enablement for internal compliance, engineering, and sustainability teams. We conduct private workshops, LCA mapping training, and executive briefings on EU ESPR and Battery Regulation frameworks. We also host private webinars for your supplier networks to train your vendors on logging verified data.
Why is 24-hour batch sync standard across base plans?

If your manufacturing environment requires instantaneous, sub-second API sync directly on active assembly lines, this can be unlocked via a Dedicated Integration Sprint.
Can we self-onboard using your documentation?
Yes. All tiers grant full developer documentation access out of the box. However, if your enterprise IT protocols require custom security middleware or complex backend mappings, custom white-labeled QR consumer domains, or specialized automated supplier data onboarding pipelines, we recommend attaching an Integration Sprint to your onboarding phase. Some enterprise architectures often require custom engineering.
