A reseller can offer the passport experience under its own brand where white-label functionality is enabled for that account. Scope is agreed per partner.
How is commission calculated and paid?+
Commission is calculated on all platform and passport creation fees paid by your referred customers each billing cycle. Payouts are transferred automatically via Stripe Connect on a monthly schedule.
Who signs the customer agreement?+
The end customer accepts Arkive's standard platform terms directly at registration, meaning Arkive handles payment collection, compliance guarantees and software maintenance.
