No. Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added on your invoice, depending on your country and tax status.
Your 5 free passports stay live. To create more passports, choose the plan that fits the number of unique products you sell.
Only active products get a passport. You pay for every passport you create in a month, billed at the end of that month; your plan fee is billed at the start of the month. A created passport is not refunded. Keeping passports online and consumers scanning them costs nothing extra.
It depends on your industry. In textiles, one product in one size and colour is one unique product, even if you make a whole batch of it. For an EV battery, every battery with its own serial number is a unique product. Not sure how this works for you? Ask us.
Your passports stay reachable through their QR codes, so products already on the market keep working. You can still log in, but you cannot create or change passports until your account is paid again. If you move to another DPP provider, you will need to transfer your passports to that system.
